EMS Medical Director

Dr. Caleb Rees was born in Dallas but lived in Tempe before growing up in Albuquerque. He is a graduate of University of New Mexico, after which he completed emergency medicine residency training at John Peter Smith Health Network.  His mother was a nurse and her stories and career encouraged him to pursue medicine as well.  Dr. Rees volunteered in the hospital as soon as he was old enough (14) and took the EMT class during high school. He was licensed as an EMT the day he turned 18 which at one point made him the youngest EMT in New Mexico. Go Lobos, green over red for life. He is a big sports fan and Diamondbacks season ticket holder. Go Cowboys! Dr. Rees met the love of his life Kaleigh in Texas and hoping to grow their small family soon. He enjoys mountain biking, weight lifting and exploring.
