Brian Casillas, MD

Brian Casillas was originally born and raised in Southern California specifically the Inland Empire area. He completed his undergraduate degree at UC Riverside in Biology and worked as a water treatment plant lab technician in Ontario, California for two years prior to starting medical school at the University of Iowa. His emergency medicine interests include trauma and ultrasound which the Abrazo program offers many opportunities to explore. His wife moved to Phoenix in 2016 to pursue a law degree at Arizona State University. Brian and his wife quickly learned of all the things Arizona has to offer and decided to remain in the area. They currently have two cats and hope to adopt a dog soon. On his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, watching stand-up comedy, and building/repairing computers.
